UNTIL THE FIRE FALLS™ - PRIVACY POLICY

We ask for as little as we can. We use what you give us to run this prayer movement, and for nothing else. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

• Launch list ("Keep me posted"): your first name, email address, and the ZIP code you looked up. We use them only to tell you when sign-ups open. A few earlier sign-ups also gave a last name, which we keep only for those entries.
• Add Your ZIP requests: your ZIP, name, an optional email address, and an optional note. We use them to answer your request and, if you gave an email, to tell you when your ZIP is added.
• Looking up or pairing a ZIP: the ZIP you enter. When a visitor pairs a ZIP, the pair is saved in our ZIP directory. A saved pair is not connected to your name. To stop abuse, we keep a scrambled fingerprint of your network address for up to 7 days; our database never stores the address itself. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include network addresses.
• Member accounts (when sign-ups are open): details you give us, such as your name, email, home ZIP, and email choices, plus your prayer activity, such as check-ins, prayer requests, and testimonies you choose to submit.
• Videos and testimonies you submit: your video or text, your name, your email and phone number if you give them, and any notes. The team reviews each submission before it appears on the site. An approved video appears on Prayer Videos with your name and a text version of what you said, and an approved testimony may appear with the name you chose. The audio of a video is sent to an automated transcription service to turn it into text for our reviewers.
• Live Prayer Room: a display name and the chat messages you send, which other listeners and the host team can see. Sessions may be recorded by the host team. To keep chat safe, we may note a scrambled fingerprint of your network address and block people who cause harm.
• Cookies and similar storage: we use them to keep you signed in and to remember your chat name and display choices. In the Live Prayer Room we also set a random device identifier that lasts up to 180 days, so the team can keep chat safe. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. Fasting School lesson videos are played through Vimeo, which may set its own cookies when a video loads.

We use a few services to run the site, and they handle your information only for us: Supabase (our database, sign-in, and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending email), LiveKit (live audio), and OpenRouter (an automated transcription service that turns the audio of submitted videos into text). We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.

• Launch list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. If you unsubscribe, we delete your name and ZIP and keep only your email address, marked do-not-email, so we never email you again by mistake. Ask us and we will erase that too.
• ZIP requests: until we answer them. Answered requests are deleted after 90 days.
• Network fingerprints from ZIP pairing: deleted within 7 days.
• Network fingerprints from Live Prayer Room chat: kept with that session so the team can block people who cause harm.
• Accounts, prayer activity, and submissions: while your account is active. Ask us to delete them any time.

We email only what you asked for: the launch announcement, the reminders you chose, and replies to your requests. Every launch or reminder email has an unsubscribe link, and you can always write to us. We do not email your address for anything else without asking you first.

You can unsubscribe with the link in any email, or write to us to unsubscribe, see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will act on it promptly.

Until the Fire Falls is for people 13 and older, and it is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Only the ministry team can see our sign-up lists, and submitted videos wait for review before they appear on the site. Sign-in is protected, and our services use encryption. No website can promise perfect security, but we take care with your information and fix problems quickly.

If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date above. If a change affects what you already gave us, we will ask you first.
